Bihar Vikas Mitra Vacancy 2024 Rohtas : Eligibility for Selection

• The minimum educational qualification of the applicant shall be Matriculation or equivalent. The candidate obtaining the highest marks in Matriculation will be selected as per the merit list and in case of equal marks, the candidate with older age will be given preference. No additional benefit will be given to candidates having higher qualification than Matriculation or equivalent. If Matriculation pass candidates are not available, Non-Matric, 9th Pass, 8th Pass, 7th Pass, 6th Pass and 5th Pass can be employed.
• The Panchayat/Nagar Panchayat (ward group) which is reserved for a particular caste, the application for selection to the post of Vikas Mitra shall be made by an applicant (female/male) belonging to the same caste category.
• Applications will be received and selection will be done from the residents of the ward group (cluster) (rural) from which the Vikas Mitra is to be selected.
• Under any circumstances, Vikas Mitra will be selected from the Panchayat of the same vacancy and under no circumstances an applicant from outside the Panchayat will be selected.
